خامسا: الخبرات الاستشارية

1 – الرئاسة العامة لتعليم البنات .

    عمل في فريق استشاري من جامعة الملك سعود لتطوير :

                ·       خطة استراتيجية شاملة للحوسبة وتطوير نظم  المعلومات بالرئاسة ، علما بان الخطة

       الاستراتيجية التي تم تطويرها تشمل جميع فروع وإدارات الرئاسة والمدارس التابعة لها.

                ·       وضع المواصفات الفنية للأجهزة والبرامج لنظم المعلومات المقترحة في الخطة الاستراتيجية .

                ·         تطوير مناهج تعليمية للمدارس والكليات المختلفة والدبلوم في الحاسب الآلي. 

2 - وزارة العدل.

عمل ضمن فريق استشاري من جامعة الملك سعود لتطوير :

                     · خطه استراتيجية شاملة للحوسبه وتطوير نظم المعلومات بالوزارة.

                     ·            دراسة نظم المعلومات المختلفة التي يمكن الاستفادة منها بالوزارة وتحديد الاحتياجات والمواصفات الفنية لها.

                     · وضع المواصفات الفنية للأجهزة والبرامج والنظم لنظم المعلومات .

                     · تحليل وتصميم  نظام الاتصالات الإدارية.

                     · تحليل وتصميم نظام للشئون الإدارية.

                     · تحليل وتصميم نظام شئون الموظفين.

                     · تحليل وتصميم نظام المشتريات.

                     · تحليل وتصميم نظام الرواتب.

                     · تقيم العروض لحوسبة الوزارة ومتابعة عملية الحوسبه والتطوير.

                     · وضع المواصفات الفنية للشبكة العامة للوزارة والإشراف على تركيبها.

3- كتابة العدل بالرياض .

 عمل ضمن فريق استشاري من جامعة الملك سعود لتوصيف التقنيات الملائمة لحوسبة  الوكالة وعملية حفظ الصكوك والوثائق باستخدام الحاسب.

4 – مراجعة وتقييم و إعداد التوصيات الخاصة بالأجهزة والبرامج والنظم للمركز الطبي السعودي. 

             شملت الدراسة حصر الأجهزة والبرامج والنظم في المركز ثم تشغيلها والتأكد من صلاحيتها

         وتكاملها و إعداد التوصيات في ضوء نتائج المراجعة والتشغيل وكذلك القيام التثبت والتحقق

            والتقييم لنظم المعلومات التي تم تطويرها.

5 – تقيم العروض المقدمة من الشركات والمؤسسات لتوريد الأجهزة  والبرامج لمركز الحاسب الآلي.

6 – عمل ضمن فريق استشاري من جامعة الملك سعود  لتقييم وتحكيم النظم البرمجية المستخدمة في أنظمه صخر والمثالي و إعداد التوصيات حول إمكانية وجود تشابه أو خرق لعمليه حقوق الطبع وذلك بعد دراسة فنية وعلميه مستفيضة للنظم البرمجية ذات العلاقة.
