My name is Maha Al-Yahya. I am currently the head of the  Information Technology Department, College of Computer and Information Sciences  at King Saud University. I obtained  my MSc degree from the Computer Science Department at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. I completed my PhD degree at the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Nottingham, UK. My specialization in my Phd thesis is Semantic Web technologies and Learning Technologies.

• Ontological engineering
• Semantic web, and its applications in education.
• Web Intelligence
• Arabic Natural Language Processing
