CLINICAL PERIODONTOLOGY (II), (4 CREDIT HOURS), 4TH YEAR

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course covers the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of different types of periodontal diseases, the interrelationship between periodontics and other related dental disciplines, the surgical approaches in the management of moderate to advanced periodontal  diseases, the role of occlusion in periodontal diseases, and the surgical aspect of  implant dentistry and management of tissues around implants in health and disease.

يغطي هذا الكورس التشخيص و التنبؤ و العلاج للأنواع المختلفة من الأمراض اللثوية، والعلاقة المتبادلة بين علاج الأنسجة المحيطة بالأسنان وغيرها من التخصصات ذات الصلة بالأسنان، بالإضافة الى النهج الجراحية في التعامل مع مراحل أمراض اللثة المتوسطة و/أو المتقدمة ، ودور اطباق الأسنان في التأثير على أمراض اللثة، والجانب الجراحي في غرسات الأسنان والأنسجة المحيطة بها في حالة الصحة والمرض
