Khaja Moiduddin is working as an assistant professor at the Advanced Manufacturing Institute, KSU with specialization in State of the Art Additive manufacturing technologies. His research interest includes design customization and fabrication of complex geometrical parts for aerospace and medical industries using Additive Manufacturing process. One more crucial area in focus of his study is the porous metal structures and their mechanical and biological effects based on their porosity and pore sizes. He was involved in writing and completing two national science technology and innovation plan (NSTIP) projects with a grant of over SAR 1.5 million funded by the King Abdulaziz city of science and technology (KACST). He has performed high quality research studies with a number of research papers in international journals and conferences.
