Here are some rules I strive to abide with while dealing with students:
- § Clarity, give students a clear path to success with clear assignments and dates
- § Transparency, grades are announced periodically and a student may discuss any grade
- § Inspire Trust and make students keen to keep up this mutual trust
- § Inspire professional positive attitude to students
- § Treat students with respect as fellow professionals

- § Always provides a second chance to makeup
- § Inspire self confidence
- § Encourage students to talk their minds and communicate as professionals
- § Never humiliate a student even if wrong
- § Inspire free thinking. Never impose views on a student, he always should adopt what he is able to defend
