AIM OF THE COURSE
This course is designed to provide the student with practical experience in systematic literature retrieval, critical assessment of literature, and research design.
OBJECTIVES
After the completion of this course, the student should be able to:

Describe and evaluate different literature retrieval systems.

Understand the concepts and differences between the following statistical tests:

Parametric tests

Nonparametric test

Regression analysis

Understand the pharmacoepidemiological principles essential to design clinical studies and surveys.

Answering drug information inquiries and poison calls.
