-In 1983 I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, King Saud University with a second honor degree.
-Immediately after graduation I was appointed as a TA at the department of Psychology, King Saud University
-In 1984 I obtained a full scholarship from KSU to pursue my postgraduate studies abroad.
-After mastering the English language (at the ELS center at the University of Seattle and the English language institute at the University Of Akron, Ohio) I was admitted in January 1986 to the masters of Psychology program at the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
-In August 1988, I obtained my MSc in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the department of Psychology at the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. The degree was obtained with an honor degree (membership of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society)
-In 1991 I obtained a full scholarship to Study for my Ph.D. in Psychology at the department of Psychology, University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom.
-In June 1996, I was awarded the Ph.D. degree from the department of Psychology, University of Warwick, UK. The title of the PhD dissertation was "Movement Interference in Visuo-Spatial Working Memory" under the supervision of Professor John Annett.
