Dear Student,

The academic affair office in the College of Pharmacy- Female Campus is proud and honored to serve you during your educational endeavor at King Saud University.

1. Academic Plan: for students enrolled for the 1429 academic year, click here

3. Locate your academic advisor:

   • Check the Academic Affair Bulletin Board, Bldg. 1, ground floor.  

   • your academic advisor should have your new schedule and your results envelop at the beginning of each semester. 
      

4. Registration/add/drop:

   Use the EduGate at http://edugate.ksu.edu.sa to handle your registration, monitor your academic progress and view transcripts/grades.
   

   • Make use of the grace period at the beginning of each semester (first week) to resolve any issues you are having regarding adding/deleting/changing a registration. Fill out the form and stop by the office.

5. Examination Schedules:

   • At the beginning of each semester the class-leaders will negotiate with you the preliminary midterm schedules. Share your thoughts and inputs before the schedule is finalized.

7. Internship distribution, (coming soon)  During the 5th-6th week through the semester you will be asked to fill the form related to the internship training. Please watch for such announcements and respond promptly.
    

8. Professional level distribution (Level-10). During the 9th week through the semester you will be asked to fill the form related to the 20 hours of professional courses (level 10). For the Spring semester of 2008 (1429-1430) there will be only 2 professional pathways available for registration: Hospital Pharmacy Practice and Medicinal Plants and Drug Analysis. make sure to respond to the announcements promptly. for current distribution (coming soon)
