Dr. Ramah Al Balawi is an assistant professor in the Department of Management Information Systems at King Saud University. She received her Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her research focuses on the impact of digital technology platforms and the intended and unintended consequences of social media and sharing platforms.
