Thesis:

The role of input in the acquisition of English articles by L1 Najdi Arabic speakers.

The results from an experimental classroom study shows that explicit instruction using authentic reinforced texts benefits second language learners in acquiring features that show acquisition difficulties due to L1 transfer, feature re-assembly and rare evidence in the input.

1995: Achieved 9th in rank over students of the middle region, KSA in the high school diploma unified exams with an average of 98%.
