Bio
I am currently an Assistant Professor at King Saud University, Department of Electrical Engineering. I recieved my Ph.D. in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Iowa State University, Ames, IA. Also, I received my B.S. and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University and Arizona State University in 2012 and 2015, respectively. I was a Teaching Assistant in King Saud University, and a Research Assistant in Saudi Aramco Chair In Electrical Power, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 2013. My current research interest includes power system optimization, outage management, machine learning, and microgrids.
