Summary:
Musaed Alkholief earned his Ph.D. in 2015 from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University, USA. Following his return to Saudi Arabia, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor at the College of Pharmacy, King Saud University. Since then, he has been involved in teaching multiple courses for undergraduate and graduate students, while heading the Nanobiotechnology research unit that carries out research in multiple areas, including his area of interest, cancer drug delivery and drug targeting. On the administrative level, Dr. Alkholief was actively involved early on in many committees and councils in the College of Pharmacy, which has lead King Saud University to appoint him as the Assistant Vice-Rector for Planning and Development in February 2017, besides his aforementioned academic and research activities. Moving forward, Dr. Alkholief continues to expand his knowledge base in the pharma and biotech industry.
