Dr. Villagracia, a graduate of  reputable private and state universities  San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc       ( Bachelor's); University of the Philippines ( Master's);, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila ( Doctorate ); and another doctorate for completion , St. Paul University System-Tuguegarao, is a highly dynamic and motivated individual, an advocate of change and academic excellence; has imbibed professional integrity in the fields of Nursing practice and education helping institutions produce globally competitive graduates / professional nurses, educators and managers.
As an administrator / manager ( people, credentialing and operations ) of both academic and hospital institutions ; an educator / motivational resource speaker in various topics : Nursing , Education, Administration, QMS ( College and Hospital ), Personality Development, Customer Service, Stress Management, Human Behavior , Organization, Strategic Planning, she never stops sharing expertise to graduate students and administrators. A contributor in the field of Quality Assurance through Accreditation by conducting visits to different HEIs in the Philippines where she is an active Accreditor of PACUCOA ( Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation ) and a former Assistant Director for Quality and a Dean in the College of Health Related Sciences, Hospital and Nursing Administrator in both accredited higher educational institutions and hospitals; a part of CNARS ( Council for Nursing Advancement Recognition and Specialization ) under the Board of Nursing , Professional Regulations Commission , before she went to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and ;
Currently working as a Faculty at King Saud University College of Nursing, Department of Nursing Administration and Education. Dr. Villagracia is handling teaching loads both for the undergraduate (bridging) and graduate programs; previous member of Statistical, Skill Development Committees., current member of Self - Study Report and Accreditation- CON and Institutional and Academic Level Coordinator.
