Dr. Mohammed Qaid holds a Ph.D. in Poultry Science and serves as an Assistant Researcher in the Department of Animal Production, College of Food and Agriculture Sciences, King Saud University. He is also a veterinary specialist with expertise in poultry science and extensive research experience in poultry and livestock health and nutrition. His research focuses on improving the health, productivity, and product quality of poultry and farm animals through sustainable nutritional strategies, particularly the use of herbal and natural feed additives as safe alternatives to antibiotic growth promoters under both optimal and challenging production conditions. Dr. Qaid has published numerous articles in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals and actively contributes to scientific reviewing, research projects, and consultancy activities in poultry and animal production.
