This advanced course explores the principles and methods of sports training with a focus on biomechanics, human performance, and movement analysis. It provides hands-on experience using state-of-the-art biomechanical and physiological instrumentation to assess athletic performance, monitor training adaptations, and evaluate movement efficiency. Emphasis is placed on applying biomechanical theory to optimize training techniques, enhance athletic performance, and support injury prevention and rehabilitation.
