I am an Associate Professor of Linguistics at King Saud University, specializing in acoustic-phonetic analysis and intonation in Arabic dialects, with notable contributions to integrating artificial intelligence and linguistic data analytics. I have more than 15 years of experience in higher education, academic supervision, peer review, and work in quality assurance and academic accreditation. I lead international research partnerships, have delivered numerous lectures at prestigious universities, and have appeared in major media outlets such as the BBC. I combine deep linguistic expertise with strong technical skills in programming and natural language processing. Among my key achievements is building intelligent tools that fuse linguistic insight with AI and deploying them on the ظ.ai platform to support research on Arabic and its dialects; while connecting related academic work.
