LAW 203 Development of Jurisprudence & Law (2 credit-hours)

The course includes the study of the judicial system, family law and contracts at time  of the Romans, Bomans, Babilons, Egyptians, Jews and Arabs before Islam. The course also examines the need for Islamic legislation, the development of Islamic jurisprudence and its schools. It includes a comparative study of Islamic jurisprudence and positive Law.
