Physiological Evaluation of Sports Performance (EP 314)

This course aims to provide the student with the most important skills when applying the laboratory testing in the field of exercise physiology for ordinary individuals and athletes , as well as using safely the tools and apparatuses when measuring the functional and physical performance. This in addition to provide the student with the writing skills of laboratory reports and critical understanding, as well as analyzing the different results. This course will help the student also to apply the best field and laboratory tests in order to identifying the weak and power points as well as how to use them in improving the physical fitness elements and describe the suitable training for every individual.
