About Experience
Health Education Project is a student-founded, lead and organized project to collaborate with clinical departments in the college of medicine in order to produce health education materials and campaigns.
Was assigned to put the SPP team together, help choose its first board of directors and lead the SPP public relations team.
Elected by the memebrs of the Common Room to be the president who chairs the Common Room executive committee for the college.
Lead the orgnizing team of the 3rd Medical Career Day held in Riyadh, March 2009. The event was attended by 1,200 medical students & intern from around Saudi Arabia.
Lead the team organizing the first of its kind symposium to encourage the scientific & academic research amongs KSU students. The sympoisum is now a fixture in the university calendar.
Elected college community official. Oversaw and organised fundraisers events for selected group of vetted and approved charities.
Elected college community official. Worked with two other colleagues on overhauling the budget for social events, re-vamped flagship events, and as part fo the team, dealt with logistics for different functions.
Elected college community official. Managed and oversaw Common Room funds. Overhauled management of surplus, and introduced electronic book keeping infrastructure. Working with the team, successfully managed to price, market, and administer the sales for two major social events in 2017 and 2018. Managed funds in excess of £100,000 during this tenure.
