I am a professor of accounting at King Saud University, bringing extensive experience in both academic and consulting fields. I hold leadership roles in academia and financial management. Notably, I supervised the transformation of King Saud University from a cash basis to an accrual basis of accounting and contributed to the development of the university’s administrative and financial regulations, enabling its transition to an independent, non-profit institution.
My experience also includes managing change initiatives such as developing financial regulations, leading digital transformation programs, and enhancing human resource efficiency. My research interests encompass various areas of accounting, including accounting information systems, management accounting, corporate governance, and the quality of financial reports. I have published numerous research papers in both local and international peer-reviewed journals.
