I hold master degrees in computer science and software engineering and a doctorate degree in computer science from Southern Methodist University in the United States. I held many academic and administrative positions and worked as a consultant in many government agencies and the private sector. I supervised a number of doctoral, master's and bachelor's students. I chaired many scientific and academic committees specialized in the field of quality, national and international accreditation, strategic plans, postgraduate studies and human resources. I head several editorial boards of international specialized journals and organizing committees for conferences inside and outside the country. I have more than 400 published research, including more than 250 published research within ISI-classified journals. I have several patents pending (USPTO and SAIP).
