of Science for the years 1998- 2002
Delegate of the Department of Physics at the College Research Center for two years 1994-

Visiting Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Arkansas, USA
and taught some graduate courses 2000-2001 and supervision of some postgraduate students

My area of research interest in the field of renewable energy , in particularly, thin films solar cells, perovskite solar cells and polymer compounds.
I am the chairman of The Renewable Energy and Environment Grope , Physics and Astronomy Department.
