Research interests include – but are not limited to – the following:

Composite materials and their applications in energy and environmental fields; metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and their applications in energy and environmental sectors; organometallic chemistry and its applications in the development of advanced functional materials; water purification and environmental treatment technologies; explosive detection, neutralization, and related sensing technologies; chemical and physical sensors for environmental and industrial monitoring; the role of radiation in thermal decomposition and the formation of molecular precursors; solid-state chemistry; nanotechnology; catalysis, electrocatalysis, and photocatalysis; applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in materials design, process optimization, and predictive modeling in chemical and materials systems; development of advanced materials and chemical technologies for defense applications, including protective materials, detection systems, and risk mitigation technologies; sustainable materials and chemical processing technologies in mining, mineral resource extraction and recovery, and associated environmental management.
