Hospital Administration II Course Outline
The course aims to teach the students skills to enable them to start and manage health care programs and departments using both quantitative and qualitative techniques with the practical application on case studies and exercises during the semester.
The topics to be covered include the following:

Decision making techniques
Service planning and resource allocation
Project planning
Staffing
scheduling and productivity
Models for evaluating changes in health systems including queuing models
The use of health economics and evidence based medicine in decision making
