The following topics will be covered: The advanced study of the optics involved in modern lens design, Prismatic effect of decentration, oblique prismatic effect, Prismatic effect of cylindrical lenses, Specification of lens and frame sizes, Lens decentration, Decentration of sphero-cylindrical lenses, Bifocal lenses, Characteristics and selection criteria, Cosmetic consideration of lenses, Frames and lens tints
