Course Content
PPS 490 Seminar 1(0+1)
Studies on a special topic in crop science, horticultural crops (pomology, vegetable crops and ornamental horticulture) or range science and forestry according to student's major.
Course Objective
The aim of this course was to introduce students majoring in Range Science and Forestry to scientific research and writing.
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to:
- Learn how formulate hypotheses on a selected topic, how to design an experiment and how to conduct an experiment and analyze and report the results.
Students Assessment
Students will be assessed as follows:
- Report writing (50 %)
- Attendance and performance (10%)
- Final exam (40 %)
