An overview of experimental designs used to conduct research in speech, language and hearing. Emphasis on research proposal preparation in communicative disorders.

The classification, symptoms, etiology and nature of communication problems in cleft palate/lip and cerebral palsy with emphasis on the interdisciplinary approach to provide the most effective treatment and management of children suffering from these conditions. Also, the course develops the skills to handle patient clinically.

Study of acquired disorders of speech and language due to neurological disease. The study will cover the causes, pathology, classifications, evaluation, management and treatment of the communication disorders in adult life. Also, the course develops the skills to handle patient clinically.
