Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He received his M.S. & Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University He served as CEN chairman from 2003-2006, vice dean from 2009-2011, vice dean for academic affairs from 2011-2016, acting dean 2015-2016 and dean of the college from 2016-2019 . His research interest is in the areas of computer architecture, Parallel Processing, Embedded Systems .
