الانفتاح اللغوي وأثره في ضبط اللسان العربي

يقف كثير من متعلمي اللغة العربية من الناطقين بغيرها حائرين أمام فهم صنفين من العبارات. الأول: ما يكثر على ألسنة المتحدثين العرب في المجتمع ووسائل الإعلام ولم يرد في المعاجم، والثاني: ما يصعب إدراك دلالاته العميقة. وقد عالجت هاتين المشكلتين بمبحثين، الأول: تناولت فيه قضية التطور الدلاليّ في اللغة والصوتيّ والصرفيّ والنحويّ، وضرورة انفتاحنا على قبول الجديد وتدوينه ضمن معايير، وإتاحته للمتعلمين. والثاني: تناولت فيه طبيعة النظام اللغويّ في اللغة العربية، ودور بنية اللفظ والسياق في تحديد المعنى وإثرائه.

Linguistic divergence (openness) and its impact in controlling the Arab tongue

Abstract
Many non-native learners of Arabic face serious understanding problems insofar as two types of linguistic forms are concerned. The first of these relates to those linguistic forms that are widely used by speakers of Arabic and by the media but which are not recorded in dictionaries, and the second type has to do with those expressions whose deep meaning is not readily accessible. I have treated these two problems in two sections: In the first one, I have discussed the issue of the linguistic evolution from phonetic, semantic and syntactic perspectives and the necessity to readily accept new linguistic forms, record them, up to the standards, and make them available to learners of Arabic. In the second section, I have approached the nature of the linguistic system of the Arabic language as well as the role played by both the form and context in determining the meaning of a word and the expansion of its semantic scope.
