IS 542 Business Process Management

This course covers the principles and definitions of business process management. It also introduces students to the approaches, methodologies, techniques and tools of BPM. Cases on actual implementation of BPM are important part of this course. The advanced relationship between BPM and other continous process improvement techniques is also of importance.
