Teaching experience to undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students in the subjects of Organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. The research experience includes synthesis of biological active compounds in addition to computation studies such as 3D-QSAR "CoMFA and CoMSA), Pharmacophore studies, Docking studies, Homology modeling for protein structure predictions, Molecular dynamics simulations, Quantum mechanics.  User and administrator of Unix and linux platform and supporting software. Use several CADD packages such as Sybyl, Shrodinger, Amber22, Modeller, LigansScout, Dock, Autodock in addition to basic programing using C++, Fortran in addition to awk scripts.
