An academic and expert in instructional design, development, and evaluation, who has served as Vice Dean for Development and Quality and Vice Chair of the College Council at King Saud University, as well as Head of the Business Unit, with more than twenty-five years of experience in higher education, the design of educational and training systems, leading institutional initiatives in development and quality assurance, overseeing academic governance, and enhancing organizational performance.

In addition to his academic career, his research and professional interests have expanded to include data and strategic analysis, command-and-control systems, and business continuity, complemented by distinctive expertise in intellectual and strategic domains. His work emphasizes the application of advanced technological solutions in analysis and forecasting, developing advanced models, and designing operational dashboards and interactive reports, thereby reinforcing the integration of academic knowledge with institutional readiness to address contemporary challenges.
