I work as an assistant professor at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences in the Department of Geography at King Saud University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. My specialization is maps and geographic information systems. I have scientific interests in topics related to maps and web maps. I have attended many workshops and short courses inside and outside the Kingdom. Between 2011-2015, I designed a web map of earthquake data in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as a requirement for a master's degree in geography. I have received many lessons and interviews related to my specialization. In 2015, I received a scholarship to study English in the United States of America, University of Tennessee. I obtained a PhD in Cartography from King Saud University in 2023.
