 Course Description

This course discusses the various parts of a computer and their working, and the various types of task-oriented software; course discusses the concepts, types and protocols of computer networks and about Internet technology, the concepts and levels of programming languages and major programming languages including object-oriented programming.

In lab the MS-Office applications of Word, PowerPoint and Excel are practiced along with the basic file management.

 

Attendance Policy

All students must have a minimum of 75% attendance, failing which may result in debarring from the course.

 

Grading Policy

Major Exams, Assignments,

Quizzes, Lab sessions:                50%

Final Exam:                              50%
