5. Discuss the components, types and protocols of a local area network (LAN).

6. Explain what is needed to start Internet connection and what an Internet service provider does.

7. Discuss the functions of a browser and how to search the Internet.

8. Discuss the various types of e-commerce and advertising on Internet

9. Describe the workplace issues of ergonomics and significance of ethics in computing.

10. Describe the principal functions of the system analyst.

11. List and describe the phases of systems development life cycle.

12. Explain the process of writing programs.

13. List and describe the levels of programming languages – machine, assembly, high-level, very high-level, natural.
