	Research Interests :    My research interests comes in continuation to the work done at the doctoral level in 1981, namely, planning & design of Educational Facilities. Later, this has extended to look into issues of Facility Programming & Post Occupancy Evaluation. Currently, I find interest in looking at interrelationships between social factors & the built environment.

Course Description :

Analysis of user requirements & activities; procedures; methods, & techniques of activity analysis; programming & determination of spatial requirements, site, & cost factors affecting the design.

Course Level :

This course is directed to students in the 8^th level (semester). It is considered a prerequisite to (Arch 498) dealing with the preparation of the facility program for the graduation project.

Course Description :

This course aims at offering logical & scientific approaches needed to conduct research, in addition to learning methods of data collection & research design. Also, it concentrates on how to analyze data & use statistical methods in managing, testing, & evaluating such data, in addition to testing of hypothesis & interrelated relationships.

This comes with computer applications dealing with widespread methods used in the planning, design, & evaluation of alternatives.

Course Level :

This course is offered to graduate students starting their first semester in the master degree program.
