Prof. Khalid A. AL-Mashouq: Received B.Sc. (1st class Hons) and Masters degree from King Saud University (KSU) in 1983 and 1986, respectively. He got his Ph.D. from University of Southern California in (Los Angeles) in 1991. He joined EE dept at KSU in 1992, where he is now a full professor. He works as a part time consultant to different private and governmental offices. During the last 15 years he joined ACES (Advanced Communications and Electronics Company) as a part-time consultant then as a full time GM for technical affairs and recently he became the CTO. He published around 50 papers in areas related to telecommunication, signal processing and neural networks. His interest as of today is in the new generation telecom network. He also has special interest in companies financing and training.
