القراءة (3): 251 نجد

  يهدف هذا المقرر إلى تدريب الطلاب على القراءة المكثفة وإكسابهم المقدرة على قراءة و تحليل النصوص اللغوية بمختلف مجالاتها الأدبية و العلمية و غيرها و بأنماطها المتنوعة كالوصفية و السردية و التقريرية و خلافها.

و يتم تدريب الطلاب على فهم المعنى العام للموضوع و فحواه و استنباط المحاور الأساسية للنص و الربط بين جوانبه و اكتشاف معاني المفردات من خلال السياق.

كما يتم مناقشة الموضوع في جزئياته و محاوره الأساسية للتأكد من استيعاب الطلاب للمادة المطروحة للقراءة.

 Reading courses aim at developing students’ ability to read and comprehend the main ideas and supporting details that are explicitly or implicitly stated in a text; recognize the text structure and words signaling that structure; to be able to infer the meaning of difficult words from context; and connect pronouns with their antecedents within a specified amount of time.
