 الاستماع (3): 241 نجد

يهدف هذا المقرر إلى تدريب الطلاب على فهم مواد مسجلة (سمعية و بصرية) أكثر صعوبة مما سبقها و خاصة من النواحي التركيبية و الدلالية. و تشمل هذه المواد نماذج خطابية متنوعة يتعرف الطالب من خلالها على أهم استراتيجيات التعبير و أساليبه المختلفة.

كما يتدرب الطلاب على استنباط المعنى من خلال السياق و النغمة والنبرة التي يستخدمها المتحدث. يركز المقرر أيضا على تدريب الطلاب على الإجابة خطيا على الأسئلة المطروحة حول المادة المسجلة.

Generally, listening courses aim at developing students’ ability to comprehend spoken discourse. Students should be able to comprehend the main ideas and supporting details that are explicitly or Implicitly stated in the spoken discourse; recognizing the spoken text structure and words signalling that structure; to infer the meaning of difficult words from the spoken context.
