•  Transformer Short-Circuit Caught on Video 
  
  Someone with a video camera took a video-clip of a power distribution transformer while a short-circuit is going on inside it. Normally, when a short-circuit occurs, it is immediately cleard by the protection system. However, due to poor maintenance and other reasonss, the system might fail, and the short-circuit continues forever. The consequences in this case are shown below.
