Dear visitor

Welcome in my home page at KSU. I hope you find it useful and interesting. In this site, you will find my CV, list of publication, the courses I teach at both undergraduate and post graduate programs and others. I'd be so glad to rely any contact and I  will take your opinion into consideration.

My primary research interest is in understanding the genetic diversity of fungi. Use of molecular methods for analysis of genetic variation and population dynamics of fungal pathogen populations, phylogenetic studies and development of molecular diagnostic tools for detection and diagnosis of fungal pathogens. Techniques such as AFLP, PCR-RFLP, RAPD, UP-PCR, DNA-sequencing. Currently, we are developing fluorescent diagnostic primers and probes with the utilization of Real-Time PCR techniques.

Thanks for visiting my home page at KSU
