الأهداف :

-         إعطاء الطالبة المعرفة الكافية بأساليب التصوير الإشعاعي لإنتاج الصورة الإشعاعية الصحيحة بعيدة عن الأخطاء.

-         الإلمام بعناصر التصوير الإشعاعي وكيف استخدامها في مختلف الظروف والأجهزة المستخدمة.

-         التحكم بالجودة النوعية للصورة الإشعاعية وكيف يمكن التعامل مع الغرفة المظلمة.

 

حصيلة تقييم الطالبة :

100 وحده تنقسم إلى

40 الاختبارات الفصلية.

20 التطبيق العملي.

40 الاختبار النهائي.

Course Description :

- This course introduce the students to the various types of recording materials or media.

- The students will be taught the principles of radiographic image, the control and manipulation of the exposure factors and processing producers to produce high image quality control system and its utilization in the maintains of image standard.

- The students will be introduced to all types of recordings equipment and their application including digital imaging.

-  The processing area and various types of dark room, as well as day-light processing layouts.

- In addition, the course introduces the students to the common faults and artifacts in radiography.

Course Objective :

The student will be able to:

1- Identify all types of films used in medical imaging and the application of each.

2- Identify the difference between conventional, day-light and digital image production.

3-Modifey the exposure factors in order to get high image quality.

4- State how the image is formed on a film.

5- Demonstrate the ability to process the exposed film manually and automatically.

6- Explain factors affecting image quality.

7- Explain how the dark room producers influence the quality of the x-ray film.
