This course aims to introduce the prinicples of management and their applications in the hospitality and tourism industry. Empahsis is put on the functions of management, modern managerial skills and case studies in the hospitality industry. Upon completion, students will develop a basic foundation in the management fuctions and relate them to the hospitality field.
