1.     Internationally, involved actively as a Clinical Teacher for Undergraduate Medical Students, College of Medicine, University of Ottawa, participated in carrying-out training of postgraduate residents in the fields of Internal Medicine and Hematology, Department of Medicine, University of Ottawa, 2006 – 2007.

 

2.     An active Clinical Teacher for Undergraduate Medical students for Med Course 341 and 441, College of Medicine, King Saud University, and participated in carrying-out training of postgraduate residents in the fields if Internal medicine and Oncology-Hematology, Department of Medicine, King Khalid University Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to present date.

RESEARCH WORK SUBMITTED

1.      Del (20 q) Stem Cell Defect following Myltiple Myleoma manifesting as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome:  A Case Report (Publication – In Press).  This was presented in the Canadian Association of Pathologists Meeting in Ottawa, Canada, July 2008.

2.      Large Meta-analysis with oncological risk of anticoagulation in first 7-14 days under revision and analysis (Professor P Wellis, University of Ottawa, Canada).

      3.      DVT:  Out Trial – Clinical Outcome and Cost of Hospital VS Home Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis. 

            Prospective Study.  Comparison between clinical outcome cost and outpatient treatment vs inpatient treatment.

      4.      Venous thromboembolism pregnancy – related, trends, and incidencies.

      5.      Thrombophilia in Saudi population.
