About this section
Through my study, teaching and research carrier I have benefited from three main fields, Industrial Electronics, Control Systems Engineering and Computer Engineering. These fields integrates with my interest to solve problems in medicine to start my journey into the Medical Engineering field.
Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, and relatively new carrier, Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) are sometimes interpreted the same by some individuals and/or their roles are not well separated. They all share one common feature, trying to take part in solving problems in medicine and/or biology
In this part, I wanted to open to you (specially to my dear students) a very small and humbled window through these fields. Asking ALLAH to make it useful for those who are interested in solving problems in medicine and/or biology to know where to start and where to go.
Then I will shade a spot of light about two of my interests in this field, Medical Imaging and Biosignal processing. Each of these sections will end up with a "Net resources" section for those who are interested in further reading.
