3- SUMMARY EXPERIENCE:

            During the last 22 years, I’ve been working professionally at excellent reputable Architectural and Real-estate agencies such as (A&P Egypt, ACE, SODIC in Egypt, and HCC  in Saudi Arabia, Through these agencies,I've cooperated with international agencies such as SOM (Design), RTKL (Planning), Parsons (Planning and Design), and Turner International (Project Management). Thoroughout this period I’ve been involved in many activities such as the following:

1.      Pre Design Activities: Such as Land Valuation, Preparing and reviewing projects’ Terms of References (TOR), Request For Proposals (RFP), Time schedules, and Design Contracts.

2.      Preparing, Studying, Analyzing, and Reviewing Projects' proposals and Development Strategies.

3.      Planning, Urban and Design Activities: Such as Master Planning, Detail Planning, Landscaping, and Coordination with infrastructure. Urban, Architectural, and Interior Design.

5.      Detailed, Workshop, Coordination Drawings, and Following up Construction activities.

6.   Project Management Activities: Project Planning,Organizing, Monitoring and Control. Sharing the Employees recruitment process.

7.      Presentation Activities: Such as 3D models, Rendered images, Animations, and Multi-media presentations.
