   Currently holding position of vice-president for Food Affairs at Saudi Food and Drug Authority, (SFDA) from   Feb. 2004 to Date.

    Professor of Food Safety in College of Agriculture and Nutrition at King Saud University from 1996 to date. Currently supervise post-graduate students for M.Sc. in Food Safety.

-    Evaluation of the nutritional status of the people of Saudi Arabia. Continued for 5 years and the final report was submitted in 1994

  -  Contaminants in locally produced and imported foods continued for 3 years. Ended 2000.
