Abstract from the Master Thesis
In this social thesis, which I chosen intentionally for it solves many questions related to equality and refutes the allegations of western and some Arab scholars who allege in what equality is not fulfilled in Islam especially that concerns woman and ownership.
As for other religions we find them away from this complete equality in all aspects of life ; it is proved by evidences from the Holy Quran and Hadith that Islam achieves all measures that fulfill equality regardless, race or religion or sex.
I have followed in this thesis literal translation in verses of the holy Quran and Hadith in order to avoid ambiguity of meaning and indication , and also have observed the free and semantic translation in what concerns commentary on texts and verses according to the precedent translation or in explaining some transliterated word such as 'Ta'zir' on page (47) and 'Mummia' on page (51) , beside observing the exact rules of grammar , syntax , structure and punctuation.
The selection of words is in accordance with the nearest meaning or indication , for instance , the word 'Illicit gain' instead of illegal.
I have adopted the translation of Abdul Allah Yousuf Ali for its distinguishing characteristics, such as highly elegant style, a choice of words close to the meaning of the original text.
I referred to the references Hadith and Sunnah and Jurisprudence so as to have an exact translation.
I found some difficulties in some English words counter balancing Arabic words ; the latter have various indications that may , somehow , lead to the same meaning.
My hearty wishes that this little effort may benefit our Islamic nation so as to be acquainted with these noble teaching and to spread them all over the world.

ABSTRACT OF THE DIPLOMA OIF TRANSLATION THESIS
"Mohamed The Messenger of ALLAH"
THE mindful following through the detailed manner , which the Holy Quran puts forth for the Islamic character ,informs us that worship of God be He Exalted ,and being connected with ,and perceiving the fear of Him is the first element character that the Holy Quran describes.
Be He Exalted Said (Successful, indeed are the Believers. Those who humble themselves in their prayers; who avoid vain talk. Who are active in giving zakat. Who guard their modesty .Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond or whom their right hands possess, for they are free from blame. But those whose desires exceeded those limits are transgressors; those who faithfully observe their trusts and their covenants. And who guard their prayers. "(surah Almuminon)(The Believers)'
He observed that these holy verses introducing the faithful character begin describing the faithful believers with submissiveness before the great ,the Most High God, in their prayers , hence the multiplicity of the essential characteristic of Islamic character and end it by the feature of grading the times prescribed for prayers.
This is with regard to the importance of the spiritual element in Islamic character, as for the moral element ,that forms the second evaluator of the evaluators of faithful character that the holy verses put forth after mentioning spiritual side without separation ,avoiding vain talk, guarding modesty ,observing trust and covenants and some are essential conditions for getting up the common existence of Islamic character.
Yet, there are exiting matters that the Quoranic presentation of elements of character, verily secures creation of spiritual -moral complex that cannot be divided.
Hence ,the Islamic character is concrete unit that cannot be easily divided, perhaps the most important purposes of the holy verses ,which mentioned before, is the confirmation of this as features of the believers' character begin with submissiveness in prayers and end with guarding doing prayers their prescribed times.
There are more verses that confirm the same sense: "Truly man was created very impatient. Fretful when evil touches him; and niggardly when good reaches him; Not so those devoted to prayer .Those who remain stead fast to their prayer; and those whose wealth is a recognized right. For the who asks and him who is deprived"
