To teach students further foundational basic and clinical optometric procedures
9. Course Description:
This is the second in a series of four courses. In this course, the student will learn to perform the following tests: Retinoscopy (static and dynamic), Keratometry, direct Ophthalmoscopy, and Slit-lamp Biomicroscopy of the external eye and the anterior segment. Color vision tests: Ishihara (and other pseudoisochromatic plate-based test), Anomaloscope, D-15 and Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test.
