8)      Member of several temporary Departmental Committee, including the Committee of the new academic plan, which was formed on March 1986.

9)      Participated in establishing the Industrial Property Laws (Patent & Industrial Design) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, when he was on leave period to King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), September 1982-April 1983.

10)  During the work period in King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) as the Director of the Patent Office, headed the delegation of (KACST) to the Diplomatic Conference on the Revision of Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, which was held in Geneva, Switzerland, October 4-30 1982.

11)  Member of the Exam Committee in the College of Science, the academic year 1987-1988.

12)  Coordinator of the Demonstrators and Postgraduate Students Committee in the Chemistry Department from 1990 to 1992.

13)  Member of the Accredited Courses Committee in the Chemistry Department from 1990 to 1992 and from 1999 until present.

14)  Member of the Technicians Committee in the Chemistry Department from 1992 to 2000.

4)      Modification of a Method for Determining Microgram Quantities of Some Elements in Infant Cereal with Milk by Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy.

5)      Spectroscopic Determination of Pyruvic Acid.

6)      Spectroscopic Methods for the Determination of Some Metals and Complexing and Redox Agents by Flow Injection Analysis.

7)      Determination of Some Derivatives 1,4-Dihydropyridine Calcium Channel Blockers Using Merging Zone-Flow Injection and Chemiluminescence.

8)      Use of Flow Injection Spectroscopy for the Determination of Some Artificial Food Dyes in Drinks.

9)      Electrochemical Analysis of Some Food Additive Colors.
